Tania Zaetta seeks legal advice against Aussie government
Sydney, May 23: Bollywood import from Australia Tania Zaetta, who is at the centre of a defence sex scandal investigation, has termed Australian government responsible for the leaking of allegations terming it as a ''breach of national security''.
Zaetta said last night she had briefed lawyers and strongly denied unsubstantiated allegations that she had sex with Australian soldiers during an entertainment tour to the military base in Afghanistan last month.
Her decision to seek legal advice came after the Defence Department admitted the actress' name getting leaked to the media from a draft briefing note.
''How does a supposed document... that I don't know about get leaked in the first place - that's a little bit concerning about the security of the country,'' she said, adding, it was a completely made-up lie.
Defence has confirmed that an investigation into the claims is under way and yesterday ''apologised unreservedly'' to Zaetta for disclosing the claims.
